Non-Returnable & Non-Refundable Products

All pillows and body butters are non-returnable and non-refundable once purchased. This policy is in place due to hygiene, safety, and the personal nature of these products.

Exceptions for Damaged Items

If your pillow or body butter arrives damaged due to shipping or manufacturing defects, we will gladly offer a replacement or refund. Please follow the steps below to process a claim for damaged goods:

  1. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  2. Provide proof of damage, including clear photos of the item and packaging.
  3. Email your request and photos to [email protected].

Once we receive and review your claim, we will notify you regarding the approval of your replacement or refund. Please note that this is the only exception to our return and refund policy.
